Is DCA giving you more satoshis rather than lumpsum true? What exchange for Canada can I do DCA from with low fees? (Reddit Bitcoin)

Hi everyone, so I just want to ask because my gut instincts tells me I can do DCA rather than lumpsum/timing the market and get more satoshis, since I believe I seen information about DCA giving you more satoshis. I also would like to know what exchanges or methods I can do to put in say 5 to 10 dollars a week.

No I am not focused on the fiat price, only the actual Bitcoins themselves.
